Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client ("you") and Mav's Pressure Washing ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

Mav's Pressure Washing agrees to provide dog waste removal services as outlined in the estimate agreement. Additional services include a monthly yard deodorizer, as well as an off-site hauling service where we can remove the waste from the premises of your home. Our services do not include kennel or living space cleaning.

Payment

Payment will be required after the initial service is completed. Following your initial service, you will be billed on the first Monday of every month for the frequency of service chosen. Invoices will be sent to your mobile phone and email, and payment can be completed through the invoice link. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide us access to your property to perform the agreed upon services. We will make every effort to complete work on schedule, but may need to reschedule due to inclement weather, no access to scooping areas, or other factors outside of our control.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to secure any dogs or other pets during our visit. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to gates or doors left open by the property owner. Upon our service completion, we will send a verification image directly to you of the property entry gate closed to ensure the safety of your pets.

Property Condition

We expect your property to be in a condition that allows for safe and efficient waste removal. Mav's Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to landscaping or lawn ornaments that impede our ability to perform our services.

Waste Removal

While we strive for thorough cleaning, some waste may not be visible or accessible. We cannot guarantee 100% removal of all waste in a single visit, however, we will do our absolute best to ensure your yard is poop free and ready for you and your animals. Should you decide in opting in to our off-site removal service, you may request it at an additional fee.

Liability

Mav's is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property or any damage that may occur during normal waste removal operations, as well as cleaning kennels or other living spaces for your animals.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost. Should you have any specific requests for the scooper, we ask that it be disclosed prior to the service being completed to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Service Frequency

Regular service schedules will be agreed upon in advance. You may modify or cancel your service schedule with at least 48 hours notice.

Weather Conditions

We perform our services in most weather conditions. However, extreme weather may necessitate rescheduling, which we will communicate promptly.

Marketing

You grant Mav's Pressure Washing permission to take before and after photos of the work performed and to use these for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media pages. We will respectfully withhold before and after photos should you not wish to have your property showcased.
